i have recently been scheduled to work at 9:00 a.m on certain days and have been trying to get my lazy ass up at 7:00 a.m to get on the treadmill.. only problem is i keep pressing snooze on my alram clock til 8:00 a.m which gives me no time for cardio... no matter what i try my body just tells me to keep sleeping and i dont get up.. anybody have any tips on how to get up in the morning or am i just being a lazy bitch!
im thinking about having an ecy stack next to my gallon of water by the bed so i can take it at 6:55 when the alarm goes off... i just dont want to be dependant on waking up with an ecy stack ED.. anybody have any suggestion?
