here are my stats:
27, 177cm, 90.5kgs, 22% bf (way too high I know)
m/a, weights, running with heavy packs on and off for 9years
just come off a 10wks of bulking/strength with prohormones but am a total novice to AAS. now here's my plan:
12wks Cycle Prep with Clen - possibly alternating each week with ECA stack - incl. 5-6 cardio sessions/wk of 1-2hrs each to shed as much of the useless bf as I can
following that I am looking to start my first proper cycle consisting of (on advice from some of the local heavy boys):
wk 1-12 500mg Test E/wk
wk 1-12 400mg Deca/wk
plus Nolva and Proviron to come off.
how u rate this prep & cycle? and further do you advise to use Nolva throughout the whole cycle or start it towards the end in addition to Proviron?
