    saturday cardio, meal question

hey guys...saturday is the only day I can get up and do my cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach, and was wondering what meal I should have first after the cardio? PRO/FAT or PRO/CARBS.....i was thinking pro/fat first, but then how long after should i have the pro/carb?? also, if pro/fat is the way to go after am cardio, can I have whole eggs and whites for the pro/fat meal or does the fat have to be flax, natty pb, etc.....? ?

well i have talipia baking in the oven right now, i put a small amount of smart choice light butter on it, but i dont think its enough to worry about mixing macros...the fish is low in fat so i should be good with the pro/carb from that..i'll have some brown rice with it..thanks

It really doesn't matter what you have after low intensity cardio. Just eat according to your desired macros and meals.

i have recently started doing interval training, i do 45-50 mins of cardio, 2 mins of low intensity then 30 secs of all out, over and over again until my time is up....is this a good way burning fat?

I always did low intensity for 1 hour every morning and lost lots of fat. If your not losing muscle, fine.
