    In between meals

    Im a football player currently weighing 245 pounds and 6'5. Im having problems with in between meals. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner I know what to eat and also I drink a protein drink as soon as I get done lifting. The problem I have is I dont know what to eat in between these meals. Im trying to gain some weight right now and we practice every morning at 6:30. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Food. Pro/Carb for mass building probably. I don't know. Buy a bunch of canned tuna, chicken, and salmon and scarf it down.

    3 meals a day? u know better than that...6-7 meals a day high carbs high protein high calorie
