when doing this movement, which grip builds most overrall development in the bicep? closer in the bend of the bar or outer bend of the bar? when i say ez bar curl i am talking about standard standing curls, not preacher.

i think but could be wrong....the closer to the middle works more the out side of the bicep.....holding it at a wider grip does the inside of the bicep.....or vise versa.....not to sure need someone else to answer this......i know for over all mass just lift heavy sets
