Rules Update.

Threads that mention UGL are comming up more and more. There is NO RULE that says not to post or discuss a UGL. (thanks KALE for pointing that out)

This is dangerous. UGLs are most o our main providers of AAS. By creating threads about them puts them at risk. This is one thing that can be very much avoided.

I know KALE and other members have rallied to add this to the rules, by revision. This would protect a lot of people.

I know Kale and I agree 100%. My suggestion was to hopefully cover the bases until ADMIN updates the rules. Hopefully, Hall-of-famers, vets, and monitors will allowed to provide input during the process.
