hey guys...im 5'7 and 150 lbs...im trying to find new routines to bulkin up alot... right now i pyramid my sets...its goes like this
1st set-warm up of 20 reps
2nd set-medium wieght of 10-12 reps
3rd set-max weight till failure
4th-same as second set
Before i started my routines like this i was just doing the average 3 sets of 10 reps...warm up...maximize...then a cool down...but the results werent what i wanted...i have noticed bigger gains of pyramids..are there any suggestions on different routines to bulkin up...by the way...im running a tribulus supplement with creatine...
