Everyday, without fail, I get increasingly bloated as the day goes on. In the morning it's pretty much non-existent, but after meal #1 the fun begins. By the end of the day, whether I'm relaxed (physically, in the stomach) or not my stomach always feels uncomfortable, like I'm sticking or pushing it out. And although I've gained some weight and have a little love-handle action going on, when I flex my abs are still visible, so I'm not a complete fat ass yet. But there's always that bloated pregnant look in the lower ab section. What causes it? What can I do to relieve it? Drink more water? Buy some Metamucil or other fiber product? Thanks bros.
