hi im 18 180lbs. 5'11 i wanna gain weight so wuhats the best routine. this is what i do now.

day1: shoulder/traps
shoulder press 3 sets
lateral raises 3 sets
shrugs 3 sets
upright raises 3 sets

day2: back/bi
rows 3 sets
curls 3 sets
hammer curls 3 sets
pulldowns 3 sets
behind the head pulldowns(dont know what they're called)3 sets

day3: off

day4: chest tri
bench press 3 sets
inc db flies 3 sets
fb db press 3 sets
tricep pulldowns 3 sets
kickbacks 3 sets

day 5:legs
squat 3 sets
lunges 3 sets
leg press 3 sets
calf raises 3 sets

day 6: off

now im back to shoulder traps. any advice?
