age - 16
weight - like 160 sumthin now
height - bout 5'11
bodyfat - i was told round 10 or 11%
and i have been bbing for just about a year. it'll be one year on my birthday. hope you enjoy. i know i am small. LOL. lata.

I can see how you guys may think that this is a lil hard to swallow, but i have been playin football, baseball, and a lil wrestlin. so i have been liftin since i was 11. but i don't really consider that in with my bodybuilding. cause well i dunno, the weights for the sports is a lil different and i don't spend as much time in the gym as i do now for bbing. but again thanx for the compliments. it means a lot to me. lata.
