yepp it will be like that for a week, well thats how it is for me. I warm my oil up with hot water before I inject and then take a hot shower. try going for a walk after you do the shot to move the oil around.

O yea the spot that has hardend up is almost like a knot... so??? and its not red at the site or warm to the touch so....???

its infected woohoo, just be patient itll go away in 2-5 days. some of the oil got into ur fat, usually caused when not using a long enuf needle. Nothin to be worried about, i even get alittle red in the triceps every other shot, little bit of leakageOriginally Posted by Ryano2005
