Yesterday concluded my two-week cycle of Targex. I used it on my obliques and applied it twice daily per the instruction sheet--once in the morning and once before bed. On Mon.'s, Wed.'s, and Fri.'s I did cardio in the morning and the Targex was applied right before it. The other days, as mentioned, I applied it in the morning (or after showing) before going about my day. Usually I'd let the Targex dry completely after rubbing it on, but sometimes, when I was pressed for time, I would use a hair dryer as per the suggestion on the instruction sheet. After two weeks of use, there have been absolutely no noticeable fat loss in the oblique areas. None whatsoever. In addition to having no results, the label on the bottle says "shake well before use" and when you shake the bottle, the Targex liquid is actually expelled through the push-top (as if you were pressing down on it.) Therefore, it was impossible to follow those directions--you couldn't shake the bottle, you had to swish around the liquid.
Let me also mention that I'm on a slight calorie deficit and do cardio 3-4 times per week. I'm not sure what percentage of bf% I have, but my abs are clearly visible when I flex--so maybe 12% or so. I know this product has a lowered success with people with higher bodyfats, but I feel strongly that it should've done something and the fact that it didn't makes me think the whole thing was bogus.
Note: I had no previous experience with this product or the sponsor and I went into this experience with an optimistic attitude. But the results speak for themselves: The only thing that Targex did was shrink my wallet. It certainly didn't shrink my fat.
Thanks bros.
