    clen and thermogenic??

    can you use a thermogenic and clen at the same time?
    is am cardio 5x a week ok while on clen?

    i would say no. i think this is the reason people use clen 2 weeks/eca 2week rotation. just my thoughts. i'd save the thermo for the 2 weeks your not on clen, then go off it once you start the next 2 weeks of clen.

    i don't see any problems with it. i imagine your cutting so that should be totally fine.

    ya i am, just dont want to lose any muscle but the clen will help with that

    cycle the two.. two weeks on and two weeks off, and vice versa.

    clen should help. just make sure it's low intensity cardio that way you'll help preserve muscle. when i cut i was doing high intensity for an hour and 15 at a time and lost way too much muscle. good luck bro
