for fat loss a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio in the morning.
and i eat about 10 minutes later, but i only 'eat' a protein shake.
i do 25min of interval training before i eat ,wait one hour to burn the most calories then eat hi carb hi pro meal. 3-4 times /wk good luck
