hello i am a new member. i would like access to the female forum.
i have been training on and off.
i want to start building mass- because i can lift more and more but im not getting any bigger.
i've never taken anything before and i would like to know what i can start on, how to prep, to start. i have done a lot of research, so i am not ignorant to the what i am about to do.
i would like some help from females with experience and from anyone else who would like to help.
