It's a test blend. If you are talking about the supertest from mexico it will be fake (unless it is old stock) as the company no longer produces. There are some UGLs also using the supertest name for there test blends. These are often known to be painful injections due to prop being present and often high BA.

i have..the guy i bought it from told me it was cypianate..it was called like super test 250 i believe but i sold it to someone else so i exactly remember..he was takin it to and was seing good results
