Most use 0.5-1.5mg/ED. It depends on how prone to estrogenic side effects you are? I'd go for 0.5mg/ED and adjust it from there.

I havent used Arimidex so cant comment on experience.

I havent seen many report sex drive decreases on those doses above. Letro is a different story. If you get decreases in sex drive, lower your dose. Or add Proviron 25-50mg/ED.

Following your advice I'm noe doing 100 mg prop ED, and dropped the d bol to 15 mg first thing in the morning....

Test Prop dosage seems fine. Why the Dbol 15mg in the morning. You doing 2 doses of 15mg, morning and evening?

15mg/ED on its own may not suffice.

Dude I think you might be confusing Adex with Letro. I have never heard of Adex affecting sex drive. I have used 0.25mg and 0.5mg and never had any problems. 0.25 mg ED is a good dose to start with. As far as getting the tablets to size just go to a Drug store and buy a pill cutter. Its easy to cut them up into qaurters then.

Dbol will only suppress your pituitary, though massive doses, or for very prolonged peroids, "shutdown" may occur. Your Testosterone levels may decrease and so will your sex drive."

Ok. You misunderstood.

I was refferring to running the compound on there own. Not combined.

When running Test Prop your natural testosterone levels will be shutdown anyway. As your introducing a synthetic testosterone, the body shuts its natural prodction down. Its simply not needed.

So it doesnt matter how much Dbol you use. Your still 100% shutdown. 15mg or 150mg. Its doing nothing for limiting shutdown. Ok?

Use a dose of Test Prop thats suits you and a Dbol dose. Your shutdown due to the Test Prop. End of story.

From now on I'll just keep doing the prop 100mg ED and 10mg of napa in the morning and 10 mg of naps in hte evening after the training...

several guys use .5mg eod to get there .25 dose. seems to work fine. i take .5 ed. have been at 1mg ed. no sex drive issues.
prop is a different story. you should be bangn the old lady 3 times a day by now.
