I habitualy use the week 2 before a meet to do explosive work but nothing heavy, 4-6 reps range, and for my last week i do nothing, exept technical mvts.
Any suggestion to be at my top for a meet?

i deload like that as well, same thing 2wk out, who is that picture of?
