Ok here is my situation. 27 years old 6'3" 220. Been hittin it hard for 10 years. Have taken myself from 155 at age 18 up to 250 and know at a very lean 220. MAybe considering fitness modeling, got love that pretty face..haha no seriously though diet is strict
meal one 10 egg white oatmeal mixed with protien powder
meal two shake
meal three lean gound beef taco salad
meal four chicken breast small portion brown rice
meal 5 canned chicken sweet potato
meal 6 protein pudding
sizes and amounts left out due to fluctuations based on activy levels job etc.
cardui dauly 30-60 minutes
Right know doing 25mgs of winny ed for four weeks and luvin it, hard vascular and great endurance. It helps me keep my muscle while dieting heavy.
I am looking for a next cycle to keep me very lean, i want absolutely no water retention!! people dog winny only cycles but they work for me. Ok so looking for a little added muscle maybe 10 pounds tops but it has to be no water!!. I have ran test e at 500 mgs/wk with perfect diet and looked like a marshmellow!! please help. Also everytime I run sustanon it make me very sick as does test prop..I get the test flu everytime and it really sucks!! I was thinking Primo with winny?? Not looking for great gains just really good quality very lean gains with no water!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. All other areas are fine, my diet, sleep, cardio stress etc, just need a good all around quality cycle to plan for. And yes pct always. Only ran four cycles in almost 10 years and have gained almost 70 quality pounds. Thanks for all the help.
