I'm currently 5-9, 190 lbs. 16% bf. I'm trying to get down to 10% and have never dieted seriously. This is my second week on the diet, please critique.
6:00 am - 7 egg whites (1 yolk)
1/2 cup oatmeal
9:00 am - Protein shake
1 apple
12:00 pm - 1 chicken breast
1 cup of broccoli
2 small red potatos
3:00 pm - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of non fat yogurt
6:00 pm - piece of salmon
salad
9:00 pm - protien shake (post workout)
