OK, i am not sure where to ask this, and since i like this room the bgest i'll ask here.
Measrement wise, what is a good portion? i mean, i have 17 in bias, but my legs are 24 and calves 15. I know i need to get my calves bigger but my legs I always thought were kind of small. What do you tink a good portion should be?
My squats have always been bad and i have really been focusing on gettign them stronger. i weight 200 and ca only squat aqround 280. I always hear of people squating 415 and inance numbers like that, so i figure i have a long way to go still.
Just wondering what some of you gusy are at, and if you have any tips on what to focus on. I don't want to be that guy at the beach with a bad ass upper body and chicken legs to match.
