I was talking with some friends and training partners the other day at the gym and we got on the subject of methyl's. Now I consider myself helpful and knowledgeble on a lot of topics (not everything but, quite a bit).
Anyways the methyl cycles genreally run about 4 weeks then your off to PCT for 4 weeks. But one of my friends says that he has been running 12 week cycles with different forms of methyl straight through:
4 weeks: 17a-mehtyl-etionallocholan-2ene-17bol-ol
4 weeks: 17 mehtyl-4-ene-3
4 weeks: 17a-methyl-andro-4-ene-3
He says he also cycles milk thistle/liv52 through this 12 weeks.
Then he PCT'S with noveldex and rebound reloaded for 4-6 weeks then he's on again.
I could not relpy constructively to this except to say; I'm not sure if that is a good thing to have methyl period, for that long in your system and then to PCT for such a short period of time.
Anyone have any feedback on cycling methyls for this length of time
