I just realized my diet isn't flawless for the most part.
What I thought was benefitial (prebed) seems to be off the the mark as does my post workout meal timing.
Here's my dilemma....I drop my last weight M-F at 6pm and have m first pw meal done by 630 (which is a quick pro/carb - 40g pro, 60g carbs)
My next real meal comes about 45 minutes later and is 50g complex carbs, 40g pro. 5g fat max
then my prebed meal is at 830 - 25g blend protein with some veggies - 25g pro. 10-15 carbs
Lights out by 9pm
The rest of m outlay is in this fashion pro/carbs/fat
7am - 50,50,5
930 - 40,50,5
noon - 40,50,5
3pm pretrain - 40, 5, 15
then my post
ppw
and prebed....
total macros are about 300-325pro, 300c, 40-50gf
I am 6'2, 180 and approx. 8%....trying to pack on some mass for the winter, also doc RX HRT - 200mg cyp/week
