Here's my plan...
I've got a LOAD of T3 and I'm more than willing to sacrifice the muscle of last cycle to get below 8-9% BF. I really don't care if I lose 10lbs of LBM, my main goal right now is to get shredded, even if it calls for some extremes..
That having been said, what's a solid (but still pretty high) dose of T3 that'll cut you to the bone (along with diet and cardio, DON'T worry!) but still preserve a LITTLE muscle mass? I guess what I'm asking is what's the cut-off dose before I start going in EXTREME catabolic mode?
