my show is 20 days out and my posing coach recomends 2 mg of Arimidex a day for 20 days, 1 mg in the AM and 1mg in the PM. does this seem too high or is this fine?

Seems way to high to me. Why is he recommending such a high dose. Personally I would never go higher than 1mg and thats only if I had signs of gyno

That does seem kind of high? how much do you usually do? im running it at 1mg right now..but then im not doing to do a show so i dont much about that stuff. At one mg i feel fine... Why is that your running it so high?

sounds high but thats for normal use. different coaches have different ways of doing stuff. I would get some opinions from guys who actually compete

Hmm yea that does seem a little high--if your using it to eliminate the estrogen and get harder as the show comes up why not just use letro since its more effective--as a competitor thats what i use....CD

Im not using it to eliminate estrogen just lose some water weight. I got 20 days till my show.

Regardless i think Letro works best at eliminating water also....

Too high. Will do a number on your lipid profile too. As CD says maybe you want to try the Letro. There's other stuff you can take for dropping water the day before the show too bro.
