    I have not tried Clen yet but for a beginner i would reccoment ECY/A Stack because its legal and you get results from it.
    Clen would be good after a test cycle for cortisol control and cutting

    I've used both. Clen I like for long term fat loss with minimal side effects. ECA is great for pre workout energy but I found it hard to use continually as it affects sleep and makes me jittery.

    do u guys have recomendations for the amount of Ephed Caff Asp i should be taking ive heard diff things from numerous amounts of people

    Well, for the last 2 weeks I have been on ECA as follows:

    Eph 2x30 (60mg)
    Caff 2x100 (200mg)
    Aspirin 325mg (1 regular strength)

    I do that dosage twice a day, once in the morning an hour after wakeup and then again around 7pm just before the gym. Im going to be honest, and my pharmacist friend is amazed, but this does very little to me. I sweat a bit more during cardio, but I dont shake or get any significant heart rate increase. Hell, I have taken 2x30mg Eph 30 mins before bed just to see if it would keep me up to watch a movie and it didnt. Slept till morning.

    Also, havent lost any weight yet.

    Then again, I never responded to any type of OTC so I dont bother taking. Maybe thats why I never get sick, I never medicate. I must be so F'ed up.

    well so far I had better results with a potent ECA stack in the past than I am doing with Clen rite now - I am on day 10 of Clen and a bit disappointed.

    as far as the dosing of ECA goes, I used ECA tabs at 30mg Ephedra, 200mg Caffeine and 250mg White Willow Bark - on training days I took 1 in the morning, 2 immediately prior to work out and 1 in the arvo. on traing free days I took 2 in the morning and one in the early arvo.
    worked wonders for me back then which is why I am thinkin of droppin the Clen and goin back to ECA.

    also ive seen that they have ECA combo bottles with everything in it plus hoodium i believe is this stuff legit or am i better off just buying everything seperate?

    Eph gets me high so i cant take it and clen makes me shake like a vibrator and cramp up so f**king bad, ive stoped using both.

    yea - in my brand of tabs they use white willow bark instead of aspirin ... apparently people cope with it better - cant say if it's true or not though since I never had tabs with aspirin

    try and score some sounds like vitamine but has ampheta at the beginning... puts all those to shame, and its actually derived from ephedra... does wonders for diet cardio school work, u name it.

    ECA (with Ephedra) was my favorite.

    Clen is my second (I prefer using clen since it's a tasty fruit punch flavored liquid, instead of all the pills for ECA)

    ECA (with ephedrine HCL) was my 3rd.

    I like ECY cycles aswell, the yoshibine definately helps. But I like to include asprin aswell, so I make a ECYA cycle.

    The caffiene pills I have are so chalky, and make me gag when ever I try to take them. I'll have to find a new type of pill with a different binder in it.

    i used to use combo tabs ... all ingredients in one tab - worked well for me mate

    They're both good.
    Clen is stronger as it will increase your core temp more percentage points.

    White Willow Bark is aspirin. It's the natural form, similarly MaHaung is Ephedra, and Guarana is Caffeine.

    dont have any issues with the eca, like to use it for workout energy more than anything else

    Do not use that much aspirin.. wow.

    - 24 mg ephederine
    - 200 mg caffeine
    - 80 mg aspirin

    3 x a day.

    That is the proper dosage.
