i have told him to take test an deca with it, but he dont like the sound of using pins ,,,

wot is the best way for him to keep his gains? (which i no he will lose when he comes of them)

Like he said its going to murder his liver and oral cycles arent strongly recommended due to the high toxicity, but i assume he wont listen, and to be honest with you i really dont even know the answer on how to keep his gains off oral only cycles because I rarley have heard of anyone doing them... sorry i cant help
