I've had major gains (For me) in strength and decent size on a solo cycle with this. I usually mix in 1 test and I'm good. NOT for competition but to be built strong.....bench up 60 lbs, dumbells even more. Squatting 4 pinwheels each side (Huge for me)..anyone else?
