    bicep spasms after shot

    Hi guys
    did a shot of sus into my bicep 2 days ago, not the first time,but this time my bicep keeps going into spasm and i cant stop it ...its a bit red and warm but not a great deal ...never had this before, anyone else had this ????? or any ideas what i should do if it continues

    If its warm i would go to the ER asap Because it could be a infection.thats the last thing you want

    how much did you shoot in there?

    Hit a nerve maybe? Even though not as big as the thigh or glute for sciatic, there still are nerves in arms.

    only put 1 ml in there.....im sitting at my desk in work and its twitching like crazy ....not painfull really but looks crazy...........

    If it's hot it could be an infection.. Warm is normal.. human are mammals

    Could be that the oil is impinging on a nerve. Pressure on the nerve would cause spasmic/random twitching. That's what happens sometimes when i shoot anterior delts. You've gotta remember that the delt/bis/tris areas are small muscle groups. The bis and tris namely have pretty dense (relative to area) array of nerve clusters..

    You say it isn't painful per se..so i doubt you grazed a nerve. It should subside as the oil is assimilated. Watch it though.
