    Post PCT Pics

    Stats 6'3''...220lbs, 46 fvcking years old

    PCT kinda sucked, had to push my ass off to lift, plus the old pecker wasn't willing do it's work outs as well....back on track now though.

    Any comments regarding how or what I should work on more would be great, back pics suck...so I didn't include....it's my best body part.
