    Tuckus inside

    Hey everyone, i've taken these photos on 2006.09.01. i was still natural, what do u think ?
    btw pls estimate bf?
    i weighted 100kg ~ 220pounds
    height 1.80cm

    lookin much better. Tris stand out as strong point. Seesm like you need to work on your chest..everything else looks fine..

    Looks like some good progress. How much did you lose in those 6 weeks? It appears to be a good amount of weight. Keep it up.

    Planing to finish cuting by the end of janurary. then planing to bulk till may.

    i know ive done mistakes training my chest now ive changed some things and chest is progressing thats good

    about 18kg, i had good diet, clen and cardio 6x per week and 3-4 workouts at gym

    thx for comment yeah i know biceps r my weak spot but know as i mentioned before i ve changed my routine also arm, chest training. Didn't change back and legs training though..

    Yes 220, its bad that i dont have pics of mine when i were 260 :/
    I hate strech marks :/ and the one and only reason for that was to quick weight growing, but its good i dont have problems bulking :/ but cuting is my nightmare, havent done that before..
