Yo, I bought 150 power bar protein plus carb select bars online. They are all sealed in sealed boxes. The "best if used by" date is about 8 months ago. Is there any danger in eating these?

They probably taste like crap and are stale, but they should otherwise be fine.

they are fine to eat.. Most product shelf life is beyond the date except bars like tri-o-plex with oats..
BUT bars are crap period.!

yo thanks. yea some of them are a year passed the date. They do taste like ass but I use them for snacks in between meals. Kills sugar/choc craving.
