lol. my workout partner is new to lifting.. old friend who has never lifted a weight before.. has a pretty big stomach other then that hes pretty thin..well im just really getting back into it and i told him the other night that i was gonna kill him on our back workout. well my other boy told me that he was saying that the workout was like cake and that he doesnt lift much less then me!! that SOB.. well we are about to hit shoulders up. i will bet that he wont be able to lift his arms tommarow.. i havnt PUSHED him yet..ITS ON!![]()
