lower estrogen too much

Ok, so it is said that you want to take an AI during cycle to cut down on excess estrogen, but you do not want to decrease it too much. I see the recommended dose is around .25mg per day. So, how do you know if it gets too low? Does it continually decrease each day, or does it balance out with the juice and stay at a constant (lower) amount? How about arimidex post cycle as well? Taken in the same fashion?

good post...i'm on dex now at 1mg EOD so more than what you mentioned and i have the same concern..i was told by my hrt advisor that optimum levels of estradiol are like 25-50 so I'm getting it tested next week that's the only way i know to find out for sure but maybe you're talking like symptoms, right?

Yea, maybe symptoms, or just a good dosage during and after cycle which would offer a good balance for most people.
