I wanna cut my fat a little bit more than now, i 'm 10-12% bf, i lost 95 lbs in 1 year in half, but i got some problem to cut down more. I'm 213, my goal is 205, and i wanna reach that in 6 weeks, but i read a lot of things every where about how losing weight, i do all, 6 small meal per day, 1g prot / BW, water and water, 2500 calories per day, 200-260 gr of carbs per day. Abs diet for my food choice, cardio 3 times a week with an empty stomac like bill philips (eas) with 1 hour without food after that. 3 days of lifting (powerlifting), a lot of fiber.... but i'm stuck, any CONSTRUCTIVE suggestion for me?
