I am trying to lean out right now, so I was a little leary of drinking them before a workout because they have about 36g of sugars and 30g of carbs.
But I tried one today, and I had a great workout. You probably burn most of the calories during the workout anyways right? And if it helps you have a more intense workout, they can't hurt right? How many of you guys drink them before a workout? REDROCK
