Hey guys, my dad is a diabetic. He has gotten his sugar under control but has lost a lot of weight. Is there a good sugar free weight gainer out there. He has started taking sugar free ensure (glucerna). I was wondering if there are other weight gainers out there. I have looked up on my own but figured you guys would have the best answer. Also lactose free would be good to avoid all the access bloat. Thanks for all your help.

yes oats. IMO shop bought weight gainers are overpriced junk full of sugar. If you want to gain eat more.

I wish I had all the $ I wasted on weight gainers back, They are all full of malto-dextrin.

2 scoops whey protein with 1-2 cups of quaker oats mix with milk or water if you want.

Truth, gainers are just whey, malto and flavour.
