    OK to use supps?

    I'm in college right now and with classes all through the day, I find it hard to eat 7 or 8 meals a day for a bulking diet. I have turned to supps to make up for this (also easier to carry to class). Will I still be able to gain a good amount of weight when half my calorie and protien intake is from supp shakes? 19 6'2 165lbs

    I'd say it's better than nothing, but I would def try to get more solid foods. I'm in the same situation (class Mon and Wed for 7hrs), I just pack a few meals. It's kinda a pain, but I'm sure like you, I wanna get huge. Tuna in a pouch is also great for a meal-on-the-go.

    Thats a good idea with the tuna, ill have to try that. Do u think that if i could turn 8 meals into about 5 meals (just with bigger portions) that i can get the same results?

    i'm in college too and i understand what you're saying, but it is very manageable to eat. i eat on the way to class, in between, i even eat in class. just prepare your food before. i mass cook chicken breasts every other night or so and just pack them with me. if you want some more ideas shoot me a pm.

    Protein from shakes or protein from meat. It has never made any difference to my gains. So you should be good to go.
