Trying the CKD thing and I have been 12 days with no carbs and feel good. My strength has actually went up slightly. I was told by a CKD artist @ the gym that I need to have me carb load now that I have made it through the induction phase. Not sure what that means.
I told him that I would be doing a 10-15 hour load with yogurt, cottage cheese, yams and oats and he said that is all wrong. What I want is low fat twinkies, low fat ice cream and any low fat cereal I want if the load was less than 2 days. What to do?
The last time I cheated like that I had horrible hives the following morning (not sure what did that). I thought it was from too much glutamine (50 grams on carb day from the whey or the hives were from mt insulin levels rapidly dropping the following morning after the huge fat free carb load.
What am I to do?
