Im 23 and weigh about 200 pounds. I have been on a bulking diet for around 2 months or so and have noticed some results. Ultimately my goal is to reach around 230-235 then cut down to 220. I have done a cycle once before but not currently on one. I have a high metabolism so its fairly hard for me to put on weight. I do eat around 6-7 meals spread through out the day. I eat lots of oats, rice, pasta, potatos, chicken, fish, eggs.. and so on... Of course just like everyone else every so often I have to give in and go to Wendys on my lunch break!![]()
Every now and then ill have a salad with some chicken or fish on it, but most of the time I dont many vegtables throughout the day. Just in one meal around lunch time. Usually just eat, pasta/shrimp, brown rice w/ chicken/tuna..and such.. How important are green vegtables? Am I eating enough vegtables to obtain my goals? Keep in mind that I am trying to put on as much weight as possible! Obviously once i reach my desired weight ill have to trade in some of those pro/carb meals for veggies to cut.
