I read that he tested positive for Nandrolone. Does this mean he took Deca and why would he do that?

Shawn Merriman could have used any of these compounds...99% of the people that talk about steroids and professional athletes have no idea there is a difference in any steroids. They think they all make you huge and full of roid rage. I heard Woody Paige attribute all of Merriman's 15 1/2 sacks and his aggressiveness to his steroid usage.
