I injected in my thigh sunday night and the next day my knee was swollen, today is wendsday and it is still swollen. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a knee swelling up after an injection in the thigh, because it seems kinda strange.

Ive had that before. It seems like the injection gets carried down into the lower leg. Muscles are inclosed in what is falled fascia, and it forms spaces called compartments. I suppose the fluid travels down until it hits the boundary of the compartment. Keep an eye out for redness on the skin and fever, if the swelling keeps getting worse and the skin gets red with a fever you may have an abcess.
you should probebly check that out with a doctor, cuz that could be an alergic reaction.... a buddy of mine when on some gear and the next day his hands and knees became ver swollen, he whent to the doctor and the doctor told him its an alergic reaction. The doctor told him to stop because his throught could swell up, and he could sufficate in his sleep...i would personaly get it checked out sorry for the spelling, i am still learning englishOriginally Posted by a1volcom
Yeah, that happened to me a few times too, then the swelling also went to my calf, ankle & foot. It went away in about a week. I noticed most problems with swelling is if I worked legs a day or so after injecting. I think it better to inject after working the legs. I also found that injecting the quads way around the outside, almost to where the hams start helps too & about 2/3rds up the thigh/quad. I was using a 1" 25g pin too with test-e.
I had the same thing happen to me.My knee swelled so bad I could barely bend it.The more you inject the less it will hurt each time or you can just do what I did.I was doing 500 mg of test a week so I just did 250 mg twice a week.500 mg is a lot of oil for a virgin muscle to handle.
happened to me too. took over a week to really subside though, pain in the ass. if the feeling gets worse and you start running a fever or anything out of the norm, go see a doc.
thanks alot guys, i was worried.
