Ok guys I am planning on beginning a cycle of Phera-Bol by Juggernaut Nutrition on Monday and I want to make sure everything is ready to go.
Cycle
Week’s 1-4 Phera-Bol 20mg ED
PCT
Week’s 1 & 2 Clomid 100mg ED
Week’s 3 & 4 Clomid 50mg ED
(I will keep letro on hand just incase gyno strikes!)
Throughout the cycle and PCT I will be using these supporting supplements:
Flush Free Niacin 1100mg ED
Flax Seed Oil 3000mg ED
Vitamin B12 250mcg ED
Hawthorne Berry 1500mg ED
Red Yeast Rice 1200mg ED
Milk Thistle 1800mg ED
(Should I through some taurine in there as well?)
Damn that’s a lot of crap! Better safe than sorry. I plan on splitting up the sups and Phera-Bol into two groups. The first will be after my first meal of the day and then again about an hour before I hit the weights. Along with these I will continue my normal supplementation with BCAA’s and L-Glutamine.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
