    Heating up AA's/

I recently started a thread about glute pain, well the pain as almost went away and this is the 3rd day since I shot. Question being is : could i heat up the AA's say lay a heating pad on them? and would this help with pain? If anyone has any ideas on how to prevent knoting, or other injection techniques which would be benifical to know, i would greatly appreciate..

    Thanks

I just run it under a hot tap, taking care not to let the water run over the area where the needle may come into contact with it.

Try injecting a little bit slower, you can also warm slightly under tap water.

Did you massage the area after inject? That helps ALOT.

You can also heat the inject site, by having a bath or shower first. I would heat the vial or amp under some warm running water. Although a heating pad should accomplish the same thing.
