Im right in the middle of week 5 of a Enanthate only (250mg e5d) noob style
6'4 220 10-11%. Ive had minimal gains (size-wise) and Im starting to get frustrated. Any help would be awesome so Ill just dump everything on you.
Diet:
9am - 8egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal with soy milk and cinnamon ... maybe a scoop of whey.
11am - 1 chicken breast or turkey sando on whole wheat (plain), banana
1am - small piece of steak, sweet pot.
2pm - lift
PWO - shake, 2 rice cake w/ natty pnut
30 minutes later - 2 chicken breast, brown rice, brocoli
5pm - small steak or chicken breast, <1 cup pasta, yam
8pm - 2 natty pnut butter on toast, small bowl fat free yogurt w/ little flax cereal
9 or 10 or 11 - shake and a handful whatever raw veges are in the fridge (carrots, asparagus, whatever)
(I'm not sure on the total stats for each of those ... just got a diet analysis program today and I'm gonna run the numbers)

Vitas look like this:
Multi, B-100, C, E, Zinc, Niacin, Cranberry, Green Tea, teaspoon of flax (all with breakfast)
Water has gotta be fine because, almost near clear or crystal.
Lift 4 on 1 off...
1: Chest/ABs
2: Back/Bi
3: Shoulder/Tri
4: Legs/ ABs
5: Off
then repeat
(some variation split by split)
Am I overtraining?
No cardio other than walking the dog or girlfriend.
Sleep 7-8 per night, rock solid lights out.
oh yea, and .25 L-dex ed, 10mg nolva ed.
Results:
no water, no acne, normal agression, normal sexdrive, workout intensity has improved I guess ... but thats probably just motiviation. gained probably 4 to 5lbs, probably some fatloss too..
Squat and deadlift are significantly up-- bench has slightly improved -- arms and shoulders haven't grown a 1/2 inch I dont think. Great pumps while lifting, better than before.
What do you think? Overtraining? Not eating enough? Overthinking? Not patient enough? Help me out... thanks.
