Well they are quite different, one is a 19-nor the other is vert similar to Test.
If you look at the profiles it debunks the myth that they are similar.
So it would depend on your goals and what else you are taking.
My understanding :
EQ for cutting
Deca for bulking

I'm one of those people. dont get size but makes my joints right as rain. I've never known anyone who has got great size or strength from deca. never met anyone who got any results from eq. if your joints need support deca might be right for you. Depends like stated above. EQ if your looking to get ripped Deca if your looking for more of a lean bulk.
