testoprim-d and test400

I have 10 1ml ampules containing 200mg test E and 50 test prop(my ass is killing me, damn mexican shit) and 1 10ml bottle of test400 containing something like 25mg prop, 188 E, and 187 cyp.

so 2500mg of the testoprim-d and 4000 of the blend, what whould be the best way to inject over a 10 week cycle?

maybe alternate between every 5 days? i.e. one of the testoprim-d monday and 1 of the 400 saturday?

any help would be great, thanks.

this is my first cycle, also is nolvadex a MUST? or can i just use clomid once im off.
