i like dymatize micronized creatine, its like 14 bucks, its creatine mono gives you like 5 lbs in a week(all water but still makes you feel better) and good strength gains

I like cee. bsn cell mass is pretty good. i got alot of strength from it. recently i buy a load of regular ol monohydrate and load up on that. you cant beat it for the price.

now im taking some ON's creatine/glutimine monohydrate cuz its so cheap like 11 bucks cant really beat that
