Hey guys I need some help on my diet. I cant eat six meals a day I can only eat 3 and maybe a ceral bar inbetween them. I work 5 days a week and only get a half hour lunch and I make tuna salad most of the time and have 2 sandwhiches at 12:00 for breakfest I eat six scambbled eggs. for dinner I have steak and potatos I try to eat as healthy as I can. but I need to get a diet plan down that I can follow. I weigh 160lbs I want to get up to 200lbs
but its really hard for me to gain weight.
what do you guys think?
