clen 0,02 mg ??????dose??

if on the clen box it says each pill in 0,02 mg. not sure wat 0,02 mg is translated to. looking to take 100 mcg a day. are they 20 mcg a pill? any help appreciated

It never ceases to amaze me that people will adminster drugs to themselfs without doing any research. Surely common sence would tell you to do so.

20mcg each yes. If that is your first dose 100mcg is high. The point of clen is to slowly ramp dose up as body quickly becomes tolerant to it. more is not better. Research clen before you jump into it or you will be wasting your time and money.

i have taken it before and am aware of how to dose it. just was confused with the 0,02 written on the box.since it was diff. than the other one i had thanks for the feedbak tho

thats why research is key .. and why we are here to help bro.... but Mg to MCG is commen knowledge( in the BB world) ... and even though some companies mark there boxs different ... knowing the conversion is Improtant .. since clen t-3 is dosed in mcg

I was'nt being pedantic and apologise if you perceived it like that. It really is for your own good that you do research as much as you can before taking the plunge and with you asking such an elementary question it gave me the impression you had'nt done so.
